By using buildkwik.co.bw you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Product listings, specials and images are shown as a guide. Stock and prices are subject to availability and may change without notice. Prices are in Botswana Pula and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Specials are valid only for the dates advertised and while stocks last.

A saved quote list or a request sent via WhatsApp, email or the website is a request only — it is not a binding order. An order is confirmed once Build Kwik issues a quote or invoice and you accept it.

Quotes are valid for 7 days unless another period is stated.

Payment terms are agreed per order. Goods remain the property of Build Kwik until paid in full.

Free delivery applies within 30km of Francistown on qualifying orders. Delivery outside this radius is quoted separately.

Delivery dates and times are estimates. You must give an accurate address and ensure someone is available to receive and check the goods.

Unused goods in original condition and packaging may be returned within 7 days with proof of purchase. Special-order, cut-to-length and mixed-to-order items (including tinted paint) are not returnable. Damaged or incorrect goods must be reported on delivery or collection.

You are responsible for keeping your account details and password secure and for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used unlawfully or abusively.

Build Kwik is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or from delays outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Botswana consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Botswana.
